Brief Introduction
Dr. Zhixiong Ding is now a distinguished Professor at the College of Civil and Transportation Engineering, Shenzhen University. He is the recipient of National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scientists (Overseas) and obtained the qualification of National Registered Utility Engineer. He obtained his B.S. & M.S. degrees from Hunan University, and his Ph.D. degree from City University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on low-grade energy utilization and absorption thermal energy storage. He has published over 50 papers (including 17 first-author Top SCI papers, avg. IF=11.3) alongside one Elsevier book. His work has garnered 1,400+ citations (H-index 21). He has applied/granted 8 US/CN patents. He has received numerous honors, including Gold Medals at Asia, and Shanghai International Inventions Exhibitions, as well as the Distinguished PhD Candidate and Outstanding Academic Performance Award, etc. He has been invited as guest editor of 4 SCI Journals, session chair at the International Conference on Energy Engineering 2024, reviewers of more than 10 SCI journals (Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Managment, Renewable Energy, Energy, etc.)
丁志雄，深圳大学土木与交通工程学院特聘教授，国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目（海外）获得者，注册公用设备工程师（暖通空调）。湖南大学本硕，香港城市大学博士及博士后。主要研究方向为低品位能源的高效利用，致力于面向碳中和的吸收式储能技术。已发表学术论文50余篇，包括在Energy Storage Materials、Applied Energy、Renewable & Sustainable Energy Review和Energy Conversion and Management等SCI期刊发表一作论文17篇，篇均IF=11.3，中科院一区Top期刊14篇；于Elsevier出版吸收式储能专著1部；谷歌学术总引用1400余次，H因子21；授权/申请中美专利8项。荣获华人能源与环境优秀博士生奖、亚洲国际发明金奖、中国（上海）国际发明创新展金奖、日内瓦国际发明展银奖、香港城市大学研究生杰出学术奖等荣誉。受邀担任4个SCI期刊客座编辑、能源工程国际会议分会场主席及10余个国际期刊(Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Managment, Renewable Energy, Energy, etc.)审稿人。
